This is a brief onboarding guide for using Chat BI, designed to help you get started quickly and efficiently.

Step-by-Step User Guide 具体操作方法 ​

1、Access the Platform 访问链接 ​

Please ensure you have already registered an account on BI CUBE and logged in at least once before accessing.

访问前请确保已经在BI CUBE开通了账号，并登录过。

2、Log in with Your Credentials 输入账号密码进行登录 ​

  • Use your CUBE system credentials to log in. Once logged in, you should see a welcome message indicating a successful login.
  • 输入CUBE系统的账号密码，进行登录，如果看到如下欢迎语，则证明登录成功

3、Select a Business Line 选择业务线 ​

  • Chat BI supports multiple business lines, including UT, Ticket, and PortPro. Choose the business line you’re interested in—for example: PortPro
  • 我们支持UT、Ticket、PortPro等多个业务线，请选择你想看的业务线，例如：PortPro
  • Q：Show me PortPro
  • The agent will list all related cubes under the selected business line with a brief description. Clicking a URL will redirect you to the corresponding cube in the CUBE system.
  • Agent会将该业务线下相关的cube全部列出来，并做出介绍，如果点击URL，则会跳转到CUBE系统的相应cube

4、Ask Specific Questions 提出具体需求 ​

  • You can submit multiple analytical queries, such as:
  • Q：
1. I want the monthly trend of load counts. 
2. The monthly trend of driver counts. 
3. The load distribution ratio across warehouses. 
Please display the SQL first. I will confirm it before the Dashboard is generated.
  • The agent will interpret your query, write the corresponding SQL code, and display it for review.
  • Agent会根据问题，写出SQL，并且展示出来

5、Generate the Dashboard 生成Dashboard ​

  • After reviewing the SQL, reply with continue to confirm. The Dashboard will be automatically generated and displayed on the right panel.
  • 确认之后，回复“continue”，将会生成Dashboard，自动展示在右侧

6、Download Raw Data 下载原始数据 ​

  • To download the dataset from any dashboard query, use a command such as download.
  • 如果想下载数据，那么只需输入down类似的指令即可。
  • Note: You can only download data from one query at a time. Each download link is valid for 30 minutes, so be sure to download it promptly.
  • 需要注意的是，一次只能选择Dashboard中的一个query的数据进行下载，且生成的下载链接会在30min失效，请尽快下载。
